I thought they would have invented some sort of dirt cheap electronic tracker that is embedded into stamps or postage forms by now.

This is a pretty uncommon thing (which is why we are so curious).

Not sure if they got caught in Customs or not because when they've arrived, it all looks intact and nothing to indicate they've been opened or stamped through by inspectors, etc.b, 21b, 21Every time, though, the sellers (who do appear on that list) responded to all PMs and in the one case the record never arrived, we came to a fair compromise. Touch wood, I've been lucky with all SStrut sellers so far.
