font class="post"1b,121b,121This site gave me the wrong polling station. I recommend checking w/ your local board of elections website, they should be able to tell you more conclusively where to vote based on your registration, not address.

  • Yeah, cosign.b, 21b,121Through the miracle of red tape and bureaucracy, my new voter registration got mangled/lost and I will be voting by affidavit in my old neighborhood in central Brooklyn. Which, I suppose, is cool because it's a pretty red part of the borough.b, 21b, 21Logging off now to go downtown, phonebanking at the shop if anyone wants to pop by and call a few folks in PA/OH/VA.b,121b,121img src="http://jmbell.org/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/02/barack-obama-is-not-superman.jpg"1b,121b,121DJ Day says:b,121img src="http://cdbaby.name/m/a/markcameron.jpg"1

  • Thanks for that first link. I was trying to look up my girl's place, and PA's state site for it is totally busted.

  • tomorrow is going to be batshit crazy....the lines will be intense Im guessing. Also the polling place barkers are going to be more crazy than usual...this weekend I saw some ladies holding Obama signs on the corner of a major intersection here in East Memphis (Red area of town) and a McCain/Born Again dude with a megaphone was trying to crash their party standing right next to them...and a friend of mine went to early vote the other day and there were folks there chanting "Make the Right Choice, Make the White choice!"(in a city that is over 60% african american, the audacity of these people, Im thinking this didnt last long)...things might get wild down here in the south...

font class="post"1b,121b,121Mine's right across the street. Hooray, convenience!

  • My polling place is on the way to the Bart station so I usually vote in the morning around 7am before I go to work. Usually I'm the only one in there and hopefully that's the case tomorrow. I don't like to vote by mail because there have been problems with our Department of Elections in the past with that and I can't get my "I Voted" sticker. Hopefully this election's will look more commie and un-American than the last one:b, 21b, 21img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2181/2245262226_f9d6c76369_m.jpg"1b,121b,121Also, I know this is dumb, but I enjoy seeing that machine suck up my ballot.

font class="post"1b,121b,121Google your state name and "Board of Elections". You should be able to find everything you need to know.
