Haven't heard any other good Williams LPs, but The Old Bum's Ruch is pretty decent. Found it last year while digging with krautbreaks and was pleasantly surprised. Nice one.

I had the Tony Williams Lifetime, but I didn't like it. Listened to 5-6 others, but didn't dig any of 'em.

  • I dig "Emergency!" and "Turn it over"... both albums have got a heavy vibe, a bit noodley in places, but good stuff none the less... and they are

    Check http://www.freeform.org/music/w/Tony_Williams.html

    Peace.

  • If you're into fusion, check out Emergency and Believe It. I wish Emergency was recorded little better and had John McLaughlin and Larry Young pushed way up. Believe It is solid with Allan Holdsworths laying down his signature sick style of guitar chops through out.
