i despise ketchup. can't take it on anything. but it seems like plenty of people enjoy it on eggs, including my dad, so i can't really say its worse than ketchup on anything else. in some countries people put ketchup on pizza. now that's just disgusto.
Actually, not as bad as you would think.
Watered down tomates on tomato sauce? WTF. To each his own.
Ketchup and a simple hot sauce on my eggs is
Its just a classic diner condiment.
now hot sauce on eggs is a totally different story. that i gets with.
DAMN STRAIGHT! I add some salt and pepper, too.
Eating diner food is the ONLY time is use salt as a condiment.
Don't take my opinion seriously. I don't even like eggs.
and that's it.
Capers. Watermelon seeds was a good guess tho
Hot sauce is most certainly a YES
I'm gonna have to try garlic salt
eggs, then that means the eggs
weren't made right, dadabing?
Ketchup is added to the company's condiment line, which also includes celery sauce, pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut and vinegar.
Yes. America's great masking agent.
By the way, not to hijack this thread, but no one over the age of eight should ever eat ketchup on a hot dog.
Only problem with that line is, Ketchup is an Indian Invention...Not woo woo Indians, but The Bindie (Dot) Indians.
Eating spoiled meats and such is common in some countries, as with most condements, they came about from the need to spice spoiled food and disquise its taste.
Mustard came from the french, as a way to hide the flavor of spoiled meat.
On the whole id say we eat way to much of the stuff, Sugared tomato Jelly.
Pretty sure he was speaking on the habits
of the contemporary United States, not the
acual origins of catsup itself.
tapatio on eggs is where it's at. i don't fuck with tabasco unless I have to, it's too runny.
