Can somebody tell me how to make a photo image look like a stencil? I have PS 7.0. Isn't there a filter that does this? If not, how would you suggest?I'm trying to make something that looks like this:

brightness contrast: pump up the contrast to like 80 and mess with the brightness slider till your happy with the detail.
For a little overspray, invert it, set your background colour to white, then filter>distort>diffuse glow
