    It's funny to see spanish crap posted as finds. I guess it's just because, well, the titles are in spanish.


    that theory would hold water, 'cept they do it with ridiculously crap local records as well.

    I have a hunch... just a hunch, mind you, that... uhhh these records are often not exactly being... uhhh... listened to prior to "finds" posting.

    I was quite surprised by the goodness of that Ethnic Heritage Ensemble. Nice piece of AACM/BAG style jazz recorded and released in Germany. The Henderson/Shaw thing is quite good too. Released on Everest (yet another Springboard-style budget label?), this is actually 3 unreleased tracks from Henderson's Live @ The Lighthouse recording from '71. Nice 17 minute version of "Power To The People" re-titled as "What's Mine Is Yours".
