    The correct answer is none. Its copyrighted material that you ant own, and since it doesn't exist physically, you own nothing. Try reselling that on ebay.

    Owning mp3s is a state of mind.

    I have a 300-gig external hard drive sitting in a box for me when I get home. Soon, it will be home to an orgy of MP3s, many of which will come from my CD collection. That, I'll box up and put in storage in the event of some sort of fire/music tragedy.

    Give or take estimate on the current lot: 25,000.

    don't have a total number but 2,849 songs on the old iTunes, about 30 mp3 data cd's (for the car ride) and an external with 80 gigs on it, it's nice having alot of music, but theres alot of really good older stuff that I don't check out for a bit because I'm checking out some new stuff. Double edged sword.

    Probably just a couple hundred, and they're almost all just soundclips I made from my own records for auctions, etc.

    Yes, I have crates full of mp3s. They came with sleeves and shit.. My mp3s are in vg++ condition or higher. Most of them are mint (wave files). Got some unknown mp3 heat too, just wait for my new mp3-diggin mixtape for some raer shit.

    and I stole em' (gangsta)

    btw, I just got one of eBay for $300. It was a private mp3.

    I burned a lot of them to cd. 8339 is how many I have on my ipod. I'm trying to be selective. A better question would be how many mp3's have you deleted???
