SONY MP3 Player - Management software?

I'm full of questions this week. I just traded some records for one of these:
Anybody fuxxed with these yet? The software that it came with won't install properly on my computer. It says "Driver Mis-match, only option is to Exit" and I can't do shit. I haven't found the drivers online to try and update yet. I tried reinstalling and it didn't work. My question is, is there other software you can use ot manage the songs on this thing? I find it utterly rediculous that it is not a simple plug&play USB storage device that you can just drag and drop files onto. If you know of a free program that will manage this thing aside from SonicStage, please let me know. Thanks.
