    If you really want the beat street LP, go to the shittiest record store in town -- the one where he guy sells commons for 12.99 , and where nobody comes in but he somehow stays in business. Go to the "new arrivals section" that is covered in dust. And guaranteed you'll find "Beat Street" still in its shrink for 24.99.
