I'm just baffled by the idea that they'd let these go because Samberg is leaving. Not to say those dudes weren't seriously talented- I think I offered to buy them a beer in these pages for "Dick In a Box," which is still my favorite- but those shorts were probably the most culturally significant thing on SNL since Wayne's World. And, I'm sure there are at least three comics in NYC right now that could take their place to keep that brand going.
