New PUTS album drops 4/18/06 "Stepfather" 3 years in the making (it took me that long to get records worthy of using ) BTW, the record is sans library joints and jazz loops. nawmean? Platinum baby.
this one is live off the floor heavy guitar synth rock with a nice 4 / 4 stomp. band is called The Real and it should be out in December.
Got a new Dubious 12" coming out on my buddies new label - Truffle - track is called Midnight Orange and the 12" has retraded dope remixes from my man Steve Yanko and Munk (absolutely BANANAS!!!!!) should be dropping in december as well.
For the new year I've got a Dubious 12" dropping on Steve Kotey's Bear Funk label featuring a sick dub mix from Kotey himself...
and another 12" EP on DeepFreeze coming out sometime in the new year, hopefully with a Silver City remix (fingers crossed).
also got a nice remix im cooking up for an undercover strutter's label as well.
I got four tracks on a anti-racism compilation that???s just dropped in the UK 3 tracks are with the crew I???m down with ???The Cohorts??? the other is a track with UK hip hop legend Blade.
Just walked into a high street newsagent today, picked up Undercover Magazine and was blown away to se a full page full colour advert for the compilation, including a little illustration of none other than myself! I was well surprised, I bought two copies!!
got a 7" coming out on merck records sometime early next year featuring tone from mass influence, with some blazing downtempo psych on the flip. hopefully another 12" on mpm sometime in a not so distant future aswell. thats all i know for sure!
