    Hey,

I'm trying to compile a list of songs that have covered Lowell Fulsom's "Tramp." A friend suggested I tap your collective knowledge. So far I have:

Joe Tex, "Papa Was, Too" (1967)
Otis Redding and Carla Thomas, "Tramp" (1967)
    The Mohawks, "The Champ" (1968)
Julie Driscoll and Brian Auger's Trinity, "Tramp" (1972)
    Buddy Guy, "Tramp" (2001)

If any one has additions of retractions, I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks!

  • Haruki, Ryu, or Takashi?

  • Thanks for all the replies so far!

My name's Ryan. I'm a grad student/writer. From Seattle originally, but I've lived in California, Michigan, and now Massachusetts. The Murakami I'm addicted to is Haruki. The last CD I bought was "The Drought" by Big Tone. The book I'm currently reading is "Geek Love" by Katherine Dunn. The last movie I saw was "Broken Flowers." Big Bill Murray fan. Did anyone catch that part of "Coffee and Cigarettes" with him, Rza, and Gza?

Hope that serves as an adequate introduction. It great to have found this site!
