  • Help me out here. I'm ready to add this to the collection.

    $300-$600

    From what i've seen.

The one on ebay right now seems kinda high for it being so early, not a good sign to get a deal on it.

I hold onto mine like a Michigan Militia members guns, FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS!!!! LOL

No. I think these were left off:

    "Merry-Go-Round"

    "The Whale"

    "Traveling"

    "The Old Prospector"

    "Swing High"

    "Clouds"

They may have. I'm not aware of one.

  • We wanna start wagering over this one?

Closest to the ending price without going over wins?

    hey reynaldo

    how are you ?

    i hope you win

Thanks. I hope I win, too. And I'm doing excellent, btw.

Rey, how do you decide an LP to splurge on?
Basically, I consult my want-list and check my account balance. IMO, though, no single LP I have purchased thus far has really been a true "splurge" item, which, for me, means $400+.

The Whale is like my favorite song.
    all together now:

Wouldn't you like to be a whale and sail serenely by?
An eighty foot whale from your tip to your tail and a tiny briny eye?
Wouldn't you like to wallow where nobody says, "Come out!"?
Wouldnt you like to swallow and blow all the brine about?
Wouldn't you like to be so clean and never have to wash, I mean?
Wouldn't you love to spout? Oh, Yes, just think
Then a feather of spray sailing away
Rising and sinking and sinking and rising and blowing the brine about

    YYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

    now lets sing this:

When whippoorwills call and evening is nigh,
I hurry to my Blue Heaven.
A turn to the right, a little white light,
Will lead me to my Blue Heaven.

I'll see a smiling face, a fireplace, a cozy room,
    A little nest that nestles where the roses bloom;
Just Julie and me, and baby makes three,
We're happy in my Blue Heaven.

You know I'm gonna see a smiling face, a fireplace, a cozy room,
    A little nest that nestles where the roses bloom;
Just Julie and me, and baby makes three,
We're happy in my Blue Heaven.

thanks for the shout Dollar Bin - yeah, i'm selling these for $10

just found out that the publisher of "Comrades" stands to make half a million dollars from "Audio Delite At Low Fidelity" by BEP, who sampled parts not composed by Hoagy Carmichael, but parts composed by Phil Morrison and myself........ we get zip - this shit happens all the time - fuck it

not only that, i just fell and sprained my left hand/wrist - might be broken

    shit, fuck.....

  • Craziness... Mr. Starks, you are one humble person.
Take care and good luck. Once again, thanks for such a great album.

    DUNK1

  • yo starks,
what would happen if you wrote a letter to said publisher and asked him to break you and the band off a little something. "yo dunn, can we get 10 grand each and live"

would they cold heartedly pull a michael bolton and show no love?
