    no, that was facemelting! thanks. crazy too, because i was just thinking of digitizing my copy of 'ready or not' to share on another round of record share day (or whatever). have it out and everything! amazing how clear his voice still is.

    i'm fascinated by traditional music from azerbaijan.

    i'm sure most of you have seen this, but it belongs filed away here.



    this is a pretty coked-out performance, but his amazing voice is still there. 3:30 is some proto-jodeci shit... all while putting james brown to shame with his cape/gown moves.



    i'm still under 40, but some of you are clearly some old motherf*ckers. did any of you get to see MG live?
