    All of the cool local records I know of are garage punk 45s by the Motifs, Mods, Inmates, Storytellers, Hallmarks...there was a pretty active scene around here back in the day...

    Well...I forgot about the most obvious choice...I'm with him all the way up to "Darkness On The Edge of Town", after that, meh.....

    I would have mentioned his garage band - the Castiles - but they only recorded an acetate, only had two copies and it has never been bootlegged...

    i love that krazy madeo stylez 12"!!! the lp wasn't thaaaaaat good, but still way underrated! their lp was kinda sought-after over here when it came out.
