    Quiet based on the holiday me thinks.

    I've been stuck with tons of family obligations and such that I haven't been able to check in often.

    That will change come Monday and I'm back to work :/

    Hey Strutters,

    Big Stacks is in da house!!! I was up in the lab makin' beats, and during the holidays, just laying around on my ass (other than working out). I still check in every day on the humble, so I'll be around in 2015.

    Yes, merry new year to the strut! I've been super busy with holiday stuff, work ( :/ ), trip planning and kids-who-are-not-at-daycare-temporarily, but I'm looking forward to things picking up around here...

    I still check daily. I think about starting threads from time to time, but Im tired from work and kids that I feel like not too much interesting stuff is floating around up there.

    I loved when the strut was on the pulse of everything. It was my news source. Now big things are happening out there and no discussion. I guess I am just as much to blame.

    But I'm still here. I check a few times a day on my phone. I enjoy a good read when one comes along.

    I don't know if I can qualify as an old- or long-timer, but I check strutt often.

    I finally went to one of our recreational weed stores yesterday. It was kinda like the DMV. Full of squares looking to buy their first weed ever--had a definite nervous teenager buying condoms vibe.

    I bought two grams of a store brand sativa and a ridiculous pre-rolled half-gram indica joint. Pretty expensive but I'm cool with that.

    I've been using gray-market delivery services, as they're super cheap now that any adult can carry around an ounce of weed. Never been to a medical dispensary, so this was pretty interesting. I will return. Probably some weekday evening.

    Yo Strut Fam! Hope everyones 2015 is off to a great start! I still Czech the boards on the daily, even if I don't have a lot of electrifying things to add to the conversation. Looking forward to this being a really great year! Hope y'all have the same.

    Apropos of nothing, I got the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack cd from kids 1&2 for Xmas, shit has been on daily play during the cooking and ironing game. Fantastic set.

    I think the crowd still left at the party have an interest in music in general, rather than a flirtation with sample-based beats (yo!) that may have been trending hard for folks back in '99.

    Which is not to say sample-based music is done, but over fifteen years, the target audience/makers/production methods have all... matured?

    Tried Tanqueray Rangpur recently. It's quite nice if you like really citrus forward gin drinks. Excellent for gin and tonics if you're stuck without limes!! Recommended. I'm not sure of the price point though...
