Beat Street or Breakin'

I can't decide. When Special K showed Rae Dawn Chong he was sampling a leaky faucet it changed my life. I went home and started recording myself beat boxing through a harmonica.
But when I saw Breakin' for the first time at the end the theater crowd erupted and started a massive dancing circle in front of the screen while the credits rolled, I haven't seen a movie impact a crowd like that since.
I don't know. They were both insane.

i saw Breakin' later...around 89 or so and although i was still into b-boying, it never really stuck me as a movie that i felt i needed to watch again, i was so hooked on Beat Street and i thought there could never be anything better...until 92 when i saw Wild Style for the first time..
