Anyone mess with these? If so what was your experience like?

I'm considering trying this out, mainly out of curiosity. I've heard some weird stuff about these. Some people have good results, some get dry heaves. An old teacher of mine has been doing binural beat therapy for 14 years and says it's the most important thing he's done in his life.

    Never really messed around with it myself. But it has always intrigued me a lot. Would love to hear your experiences with it!
