    I'm flu-ridden right now, so I made a big pot of pho.

    So good in the winter, and especially soothing when sick.

    Fried oysters and hot sauce.

    Gumbo.

  • Herb encrusted rib-eye, sweet pototoe mash and green beans.

    Good stuff.

    bacon bowls with herb'd spring greens and chunky blue cheese, cannibal (raw beef similar to steak tartare or kibbe) and roasted root vegetables.

  • rosemary garlic lamb kabobs
    israeli couscous with feta shallots and parsley

    The cheese was a little too creamy for me, but the wine was damn good.

    Last night - I had spaghetti tossed with olive oil/garlic/anchovies/fresh lemon juice on top of steamed rapini.
    And more of that white.
