I'm flu-ridden right now, so I made a big pot of pho.
So good in the winter, and especially soothing when sick.

bacon bowls with herb'd spring greens and chunky blue cheese, cannibal (raw beef similar to steak tartare or kibbe) and roasted root vegetables.

Last night - I had spaghetti tossed with olive oil/garlic/anchovies/fresh lemon juice on top of steamed rapini.
And more of that white.
