Well I'd say only two of these qualify as "mythical raer", but you get the idea. Here's my latest mix comprised of all 45s... been working on this one for a while now so I'm happy to have it finally see the light of day. While you're at it, check out my new website design... grown and sexy!

    Great mix! thanks for sharing.

  • Nice raer! The flip of the Motherhood cover and the two George Clinton tunes are a nice touch.

Thanks. Ready for my normally dull trip to work this morning.
On a related note, was listening to the fantastic AFREAKA! mix again the other day.
Is it inappropriate for me to ask what the last track is?

  • Well that was the most enjoyable commute home I've had in a long time. Remind me to put my eyebrows back down.

Scorpio and his people inclusion is all the motivation I need for me to d/l this. I still have your mix with the Bobby Boyd Congress 45 in it on high rotation dude. Nice work.

Thanks Edson for the new website plug

All my mixes can be found on that page or directly on SoundCloud below... I hope it's clear on my site that all the mixes can be found there... I tried listing all the SoundCloud players together, but the damn Flash plugin gets overloaded so I had to do the toggle switch... been a while since I've done much web development so I was quite rusty!

So the last track in question on the AFREAKA mix is... Taiconderoga - Speaking my Mind. Killer track! Tough to find on 45, but it does appear on a 70s Pink Elephant comp called How Pink is That Elephant Over There.

I seriously appreciate the positive feedback here... thanks so much to everyone that gave it a listen. It's become increasingly difficult to make time for these given my more than full time professional life, so it is wonderful to hear that people dig the sounds and the effort. I've already started on the next one comprised of new 45 releases... stay tuned!

    Thanks. Yeah great, great track.
Grimey, dirty bass and screaming guitar solos.
This and the first track melted my face the most in this mix.
