Buying Records Drunk

I was going to post this in Day's thread about listening to rackerds drunk, but thought it deserved a thread of it's own. Particular bad memories for me was when I lived in Sheffield as a Student. We used t o hit the pubs on Division Street at midday, have a couple of nasty afternoon pints which would go straight to the dome, then pop into the old Warp shop and buy some right old turds. Anyone else have any bad experiences dropping loot on vinyl after chugging on satans brew?

    For sure, this man Dennis at American Pie (Santa barbara) would make me drink like four bears before pricing. Then he'd pull the "if you like that, lemme play you this." I usually had to be driven home.
