Right when Nevermind was hitting, Nirvana opened up for Mudhoney at a show in Bellingham. So crazed. That was the only time I saw them, strangely enough.
I miss them.
The thing that's still always so heartbreaking is that Nirvana was starting to explore different territory music-wise right at the end, as so evident in that Unplugged performance. Out of all of those alternative bands, I would have loved to see what they would have recorded as they matured.

Been listening to In Utero a lot the past few months. As much as I always sing the praises of Bleach, In Utero is really amazing as well.
