It's like twitter for photos. Probably my favorite app this year.

    not really feeling any of em. the last thing i want to see is a fake Kodachrome snap of some 2011 programmers laying into a Korean food truck.

    get a real Polaroid camera or an actual Super-8 camera and make some art.

    I disagree - Hipstamatic filters are a little too much IMO. I definitely like contrast and saturation on my photos in small doses, but I get tired of seeing everything bathed in a pissy yellow or green color. The instagram filters are a lot more subtle and that built in tilt-shift generator is great.

    i heartily endorse 'snapspeed' for it's filters and such.... also, photoforge is a very close replica to photoshop.
