Looking for Gospel lp's on Champ, HSE and any small/private labels, male quartet, quintets etc.......No solo singers, no choir records and im really mostly after groups w/ guitar as the main instrument, though if it features piano as well thats fine, i don't like my gospel soley piano led.
Groups out of MA and CT are a plus. I have nice raers to trade, or cash. vg- and up is fine.

I just picked up a copy of an LP by Delpha and the Witnesses on Charisma Records (out of Bakersfield, CA).
It was sealed but I slit it open on the side to listen to it. Really haunting vocals by a woman who sounds (surprisingly) like Antony Hegarty of Antony and the Johnsons. The backing band is a trio - Electric Guitar, Upright Bass, and Piano.
