Answers here are pretty mainstream and obvious for me --

Mine, too, but then again it's mainstream/obvious records we're talking about here, so...

"I Heard It Through The Grapevine," Marvin Gaye
"A Change Is Gonna Come," Sam Cooke
    "Day After Day," Badfinger

But let's say you're watching the beginning of the Big Chill? Even then no Grapevine?

Hearing it come at you in a movie or on the radio is different from voluntarily listening to the record.

    Pete Rock - Blah Uno

Unless this is your ringtone, I don't know how someone could have listened to this as many times as the other songs mentioned here.

What is it with "The Choice Is Yours"? Was it a No.1 hit in the U.S.? I haven't heard that being played in years until I dropped it last week.
I would love to hear "Message from the Stars" in a club. Never happened so far.
Cosine with most of you on "T.R.O.Y." and "93 'Til Infinity". Also on the rap list:

KRS - "Step Into A World"
    Rakim - "Guess Who's Back"
    Pharcyde - "Runnin'"
    Busta - "Whohaa!"

    Honorable mention:

Curtis Mayfield - Move On Up

Google tells me that this is, in fact, a Dedah the Baby Pa cut

Perhaps the poaster's overexposure to it is Euroman-related?
