I'm on my ifone so can't post YouTube shit, but check out Tommy Vann and the professionals "for goodness sake" slow burner psych funk banger...one of the best dollar bin 45s evar.
i know the whole bollywood novelty wore off, but this will always be my favorite bollywood jam incorporating a host of genres/styles/references/nods/homages/whathaveyou:
apparently Ashra Bhosle, the singer of the track, was deemed too ugly to ever be in a movie herself but was used in countless flicks overdubbing her vocals for the main character. maybe this was common practice, but when i read the anecdote they made it sound like either wasnt common place or it was especially difficult in her situation or something like that. either way, i always like her vocal styling, and rd burman is an incredible composer imo. the breathing as rhythmic/instrumentation at 1:25 is awesome. reminds me of what the three degrees did at the outro on their cover of collage.

Their code isn't working.
Thanks.
Yea I get the same problem.
I think you just post the url without the embed code (see divshare post by StoneHands further up this thread).
I saw that post.
It'd be cool if we had a way to post the player,
like the youtube ones.
Anyway, I'll post my "banger" like StoneHands did.

cover of lambaya puf de is dope!
I've read that this a traditional Turkish folk motif that predates either version, but I can't vouch for it.
