Team England went easy on USA. The goalkeeper Robert Green was having gf issues. They ran out of fish and chips at the England team hotel. The ball is too light, too slippery, and too round. The English FA actually wants USA to do well at the World Cup to further the sport in America, and to improve the merchandising opportunities for 'brand Beckham'.
Slovenia have no such concerns, and as a middling football nation of decent technical ability, I'm sure that they will totally own USA.
It was nice that you guys turned up, and helped us work out a troublesome goalkeeping decision. Emile Heskey says a special "thanks", as he's never seen so much of the ball in a competitive match before.
