    tart goat cheese combo is nice

    but a sweet lemony vinaigrette in a fresh pastry cup is dope as well

    bagel or on a fresh alfredo pasta

    yup - the only place cheese and fish should meet imo is in a taco, soaked in hot sauce and fresh lime.

    I love smoked salmon, with a squeeze of fresh lemon, crusty bread and watercress.

    To be clear, I love bagel and lox with cream cheese, but I do generally agree with that rule. It's just some of the other jewish fish-dairy combo's I simply cannot get down with. This one for example:

    I think some people put some kind of cream sauce/sour cream on their fish tacos.

    So do I. The ultimate fish taco:

    Tortilla of your choice
    Grilled swordfish rubbed with smoked paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, bit of chili powder
    Mild cheddar cheese
    Homemade salsa fresca: tomato, yellow onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt
    Red cabbage
    Hot sauce
    Fat free ranch dressing
    Squeeze of lime

    Y'all can disagree all day ? this being a matter of taste ? but there's nothing beating that fish taco-wise.
