Yup -- being able to suppress his own ego enough to let the superstars do what they do. There's a lot to be said for that.
If you can't laugh at yourself, check your sense of humor levels. Have fun, laugh, dnt be so serious Shaq oneal about 15 hours ago from TwitterBerry
i like how he is trying to make it seem like it was an all-in-good-fun type of situation. not quite.
in a perfect world, kobe would respond to all questions about how it feels to win a championship without shaq by saying - first ask shaq how my ass tastes.
thaqt is obvious skip to mylou jameer who starts thats the real question
Jameer easily. Even though Otis Smith has permission to dip into the luxury tax to resign Hedo, there's a chance Alston becomes trade bait to help alleviate finances.

Alston was just a band-aid while Jameer rehabbed.
I guess they expect nelson to return to his All-Star form in '10, which makes Alston expendable.
i still can't believe people are referring to the Lakers as "deep". Kobe, Gasol & Odom....and some decent role players. Fisher might have won game 4, but that could have easily been anyone. Remember, everyone is good in the NBA.

Kobe,Gasol,Odom.
Ariza,Fisher,Bynum.
Walton,Farmar.........???
They dont have a full second unit at all, but what coach goes past an 8 man rotation in the playoffs?
I bet on the "Big Man Theory" thinking Howard was a much better player than he proved to be in the Finals.
I was obviously wrong.
He's just young and raw with no real moves to speak of. Once he gets a few pet moves down, he'll be a lot better. Also, nobody on the Magic is a killer like you need to have in the Finals.

Rashad and Hedo has some very fine moments. The killer is supposed to be Howard. But once double teamed, dude was non-factor in the scoring category.
The offense they run is terribly predictable. Give to Turkolu - Pick and roll - see if he makes it.
They need a veteran to glue the team together and some more work w/ Howard.
W/ Hedo testing the free agent market they're gonna need a perimeter player that can create his own shot.
This is the worst draft class in a very long time.
Two years in college should be mandatory.
Blake Griffin is going to be a star. Jordan Hill is going to be a bust. Wayne Ellington is going to be a steal. Jrue Holiday is the typical pac-10 back-up.(Rodgers,Farmar,homeboy in portland)

The rest of those dudes are whatever.
ricky rubio? brandon jennings? earl clark? lil stephen curry? dude
chris bosh is not overrated if you consider him a lamar odom type player
he's got post moves and an outside/bassline jumper even slight three pointer boards and good passing he's got toughness but he's not stopping howard or shaq draws a double and blocks shot he has the potential to evolve in hakeem territory but he can also stay at lamar level vamois a ver i agree about the skinny ass though
he has the potential to evolve in hakeem territory
man that is saying ALOT......
As good as Bosh is he is no way ever gonna be in Hakeem territory.
That like sayin in like 3 years dude is gonna make Dwight Howard Look like David Robinson/Shaq, when he was sonnin them on some MVP shit. Dude is gonna be a Power Forward playin Center, w/ a legit Post up Game,Outside Jump, and Shot Blocker? Just because he's skinny doesnt make him a Hakeem type IMO. Bosh is what Vin Baker was supposed to be.

Shaq said that very thing on Twitter.
If Ben Wallace gets traded to the Suns, does he take a buyout and retire?

Zen Master for sure.

As long as they shape that team around Yao Ming they're not going anywhere.

Mark Jackson tries way too hard..he sounds like the corny uncle
Jeff van gundy tried his best not to be biased and failed miserably
The Lakers must sign Odom and Trevor Pippen....
Turkolglu is old...let him walk and go after Ben Gordon..trade Jameer while his stock is high for a solid 6th man
Shaq to Cleveland is Danny Ferry staring down Lebron..Lebron doesn't want to play with Shaq
Lakers/Celtics is a must next year..Fusk Bill Simmons
Next season is going to be the schitt
Shaq in Cleveland is NAGL.
Chris Bosh is overrated.
The best pg in the league is french.
Brandon Roy is a once in a lifetime player..goodbye Lemarcus..goodbye Rudy.
No Ariza..no Lamar..I'll take Boozer
Yes, but place him on team that has two stars already and he's good to go.
Don't want Artest.
I said the same exact thing about Bosh at the Texas High School Tourney when Kendrick Perkins ruled and schooled his skinny ass.
The best PG in the league plays in a place where some folks speak French
