Anyone willing to share any Portland, Maine area spots, preferably outside of the city???

    I only know of that one shop that is down on the waterfront in old port. Haven't been there in three years, though, so don't know if it's still up and running. It was pretty decent back then.

    I went through there last fall looking for records and Enterprise is the only real store in the area that I could find. There's Time Lag, but they weren't open any of the three days I was there. Fortunately, the annual record fair coincided with my visit and did score there.

    Other than that I think it's just taking your chances at thrift stores.

    Maybe i just couldn't hook up. I did have some locals guiding me, though.
