there was some rock type stuff that I did keep though. Something about Department of Eagles I really liked, and Ed Harcourt I really liked, and Elbow - Cast of Thousands was pretty cool and fleet foxes was sort of ok when they weren't trying to do their best beach boys impersonation.
would you like to come to a 1 year old's b-day party?
1. Red Crayola - Hurricane Fighter Plane 2. Hawaiian Songbirds - Happy Hawaiian Blues 3. Patton Oswalt - The Gatekeepers of Coolness 4. Leon Russell - It's All Over Now Baby Blue 5. Stravinsky - Firebird Finale
You don't need to buy anything, we just don't want to have a seperate house warming party. We will have a bouncy room and alchohol though, so that should be interesting. Its not until june.

I'm suprised that there aren't more "oops, uh, how did that get in there" type songs. Except for a certain Limp Bizkit, ahem.
I NEVER keep anything on the iPod that can't stand up to repeated listenings. I usually listen in random play, and I wouldn't want any inferior product messin' up the flow
bridget st. john - like never before star number one - kaniaane dark city sisters - langa more cookies - only to other people idrissa soumahoro - l'amour a perdu son sens
Teddy Wilson - Smiles (from the album The Complete Verve Recordings of the Teddy Wilson Trio vol. 2)
Sam Donahue Orchestra - My Melancholy Baby
Standard cover of a great song. Nothing special.
Jabbo Smith's Rhythm Aces - Decatur Street Tutt
Jabbo Smith and the Rhythm Aces kick so much goddam ass its not even funny. I was reading last night that Jabbo tried to battle Louis Armstrong and got his ass handed to him.
The Arkansas Travellers - I Ain't got nobody
It was a long time before I learned that "Just A Gigalo" and "I Aint Got Nobody" were actually 2 different songs. Whoever combined them into 1 song was pretty clever, the lyrics match well, the chords match, it matches. In fact it matches so well that now it sounds weird to me to just hear "I Ain't got nobody" on its own, like I'm listening to only part of a song.
Atjazz - Wind & Sea Opolopo - The Laketown Stomp Fish Go Deep - Layback Haitus Kaiyote - Fingerprints (Get well soon Nai!) Freddie Hubbard - Little Sunflower
Errol Brown - The Gun Court Dub Junior Mafia - Steal & Rob Instrumental Jimi Tenor - Order of Nothingness North Bronx Allianca - NBA Live 97 The Blues Busters - Soon You´ll Be Gone
