A couple of good rock bands I've seen recently: b, 21b, 21Coin Under Tongue (Brooklyn, Death by Audio ... I'll actually be playing with them at Death by Audio in February) - screamy stoner rock done very very wellb, 21b, 21Skoal Kodiak (Minneapolis ... I loves me some Minneapolis bands) - noisy rhythmic freakouts. This gives some idea:b, 21b, 21object width="425" height="344"1param name="movie" value=""1/param1param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"1/param1param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"1/param1embed src="" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"1/embed1/object1b, 21b, 21Both have great records. Coin Under Tongue has been dominating the turntable for about a week. Skoal Kodiak even threw on the "secret" last song on each side that plays from the inside of the record outward (needle gets stuck in the groove between the 3rd and 4th bands of the record).
