font class="post"1b,121b,121I'm gonna guess this question is for me...b,121b,121I cook mostly gluten free cause Bozak (a poster on here and good friend) was diagnosed over a year ago with Celiac. I just couldn't stand watching him suffer and not really get all his nutrients. Plus, there is wheat and gluten in everything, so I occasionally eat gluten free as well for health reasons. I'm not gonna lie--I do loves me some fresh made pasta every so often!b,121b,121It has been a challenge, but I have made some awesome gluten free pizzas/pastas too.b,121b,121here are a couple:b,121b,121Gluten free Stuffed Pizzab,121img src="http://photos-b.ak.facebook.com/photos-ak-sf2p/v360/173/62/672015163/n672015163_4342769_1150.jpg"1b,121 b,121b,121b,121Gluten Free Gnocchi:b,121b,121 img src="http://photos-c.ak.facebook.com/photos-ak-sf2p/v360/173/62/672015163/n672015163_4342690_3415.jpg"1 b,121 img src="http://photos-d.ak.facebook.com/photos-ak-sf2p/v360/173/62/672015163/n672015163_4342691_3700.jpg"1 b,121b,121b,121b,121b,121b,121b,121b,121b,121b,121and this last summers feast I cooked--gluten free isn't that difficult if you think about it (close your eyes Phonics! there's meat in this pic! muuwhahaha!)b,121b,121b,121b,121b,121 img src="http://photos-h.ak.facebook.com/photos-ak-sf2p/v360/173/62/672015163/n672015163_4342767_535.jpg"1b,121b,121b,121b,121my next project is gluten free croissantsb,121img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2035/2179373175_2f1d319f09.jpg"1

that recipe I just posted seems decidedly summer more than wintery, but I think it will hit the spot any damn time of the year...and it can be wintered up with some hardy greens and legumes
