Has she switched labels recently? A lot of times when artists switch the old label will release a best of to sum up/cash in on their tenure there. Usually happens when the artist releases something on the new label though.
BTW, there's a Pharcyde best of that only takes tracks from "Bizarre Ride" and "Labcabin", that's got to be the most un-needed compilation in history.
