This is my assessment from closely following the rise and fall of Bush/Delay/Rove. I honestly think it has run its course. Sure you're gonna have Hannity types on the sidelines, but that's about it. I think people have a genuine desire for governance that is effective--regardless of partisanship or ideological checklists.
