Seriously, that could be anything because it is just programmed drums. Plus it's kind of a generic kit and beat; it's three separate samples= kick, snare, hi-hat.
If Spinna had something close, I'm sure it was only by coincidence, because, honestly, it sounds like the very first drum beat a brand new producer makes.
