right now I am listening to various gospel LP's I scored this morning at the San Diego swap. the one on the table currently is
Tessie Hill[/b] "Think About It" (ABC/ Peacock)

Jinx PAY ATTENTION! if you don't got this you need to get it, your the only dude I know who'd appreciate this LP as much as I do.[/b]

Yes, some of us (including Jinx) have actually peeped and appreciate a lil' Tessie believe it or not...

haha, I forgot about the small yet strong group of gospel fanatics up on this site:
PRo, Drewn, Jinx, Shingaling, and the 2 or 3 people I forgot.

    Tessie is the truth!

yeah i like that tessie hill a lot... and as a sidenote: that was the record that made me search out other Gospel records.

heres a few ive been playing this past week:

marc mac and cadet allstars - how about a game of chess

One of my fave instrumental albums from the last year or so - some tracks definitely better than others, but 4Hero stalwart definitely comes through on this one...

The Poets of Rhythm- Discern/Define (just pulled this one out recently again, solid LP from start to finish)
    indeed. Smilin While You're Cryin...

They are doing a little UK/Germanmy tour at the moment. It's not all original members but their rhythms are still poetic.
