Is it a bad Idea to buy concert tickets off E-Bay.

If any experienced strutters could help me with this, I would be very thankful. Is it a bad idea to try to buy concert tickets of of E-Bay. I am going to the Bay tomorrow; and the friends I am staying with all have tickets to Rock the Bells. They are all over E-bay for cheap. I was thinking of buying one; but I am very wary of getting scammed. If anyone has any insight on this I would be very happy. Thanks in advance.

    Did it once, got sellers phonenumber, called, talked to a lady, and crossed my fingers. It worked.

    with ticketmaster shit and whatever people can always claim that their tickets were lost/stolen and get new ones printed up. i would feel confident buying tickets online if their feedback was proper and they have sold tickets in the past

    I just checked Bay area Craigslist and there are hundreds of tickets on there also. I might just do it that way. Anyone else going to Rock the Bells?
