    naw man freal whats the big deal to keep? ive had this numerous times and i still cant find a place for it on my shelf... not everyone needs a funkadelic on the shelf.

    Getting rid of such a phenomenal record would be a silly thing to do. But why are you even asking in the first place? You know that nearly everyone is going to tell you to keep it.

    Look here is the thing about GOOD record collections. They are constantly changing and REforming to your tastes. There is no point in talking about whether its GOOD or not, thats all subjective. There is too many people in this world that hang on to thousands and thousands of records just cuz (BUT WAIT...DJ SHADOW USED IT). i don't care if its worth 20+ or 2000+ if I like it, I play it. So there is no questions to ask. If I don't like it, I just bought my girlie dinner or something . SELL IT!!!! maybe in 2 years you will want it back, go down to goodwill or the flea and pick it up again or you could just hit up Aleit HA.. Either way there are plenty of others who might enjoy it more, so give it up and enjoy what the music was made for.

    Perhaps it's partial nostalgia because this is one of those records that I heard very early on, but it still sounds awesome to me after a good 10 years worth of spins.

    okay i feel your ears on this one. true true...

    though shred it does not to my ears.

    also i dont hate the record. i just would never put it on my tt again. ive tried funkadelic lps for 15yrs and still have yet to keep any on the shelf. good for some not so good for others... as is every record all of us own.

    I feel the same way about my US Music 45. Shit is raer but I can't really get into it. I keep thinking I'm going to sell it but a little voice says hold onto it. S/T on the other is a total facemelt. I got a thing, you got a thing, everybody got a thing is beyond beyond.
