Trackmarks on a podcast mp3?

Recently noticed one of the podcasts I had downloaded has markers throughout the time bar on the iPod screen, and you can fast forward/rewind to whatever track you want like a CD...but it's a big 100+ MB mp3 file.Ummm, how the hell does one do this?

    So it's specific to the MP3, and not where you downloaded it from, correct? That's interesting.

    Yup, it's inherent in the mp3. No additional cue sheet files or anything like that.
    It's a damn nice feature.

    Let's get some info on this! I didn't know mp3s supported this feature. Is it iTunes specific???
