    I think the file is corrupted. I can't play it with quicktime or itunes but it plays with VLC. I can't convert it either...reload please??

    try converting it from an MP3 from a .M4A

    Ok, I got it. Just change the file extension from .mp3 to .m4a
    It should work, then use itunes to change it back to mp3!
