first of all, awesome movie. second of all, awesome soundtrack. probably my favorite neil young work. who fucks with this?

  • I probably don't know enough about the poet William Blake to fully enjoy the film, but it's a favorite nonetheless. The story I heard about the soundtrack is that basically Jarmusch set up Neil Young in a sparse room w/ the movie playing and he just kinda played along what he felt. It certainly seems like it could be true given the music. I do enjoy the soundtrack, although I wouldn't call it my favorite stuff by Neil Young. THat would be "On the Beach", "Zuma" and "Everybody Knows This is Nowhere".

    i played that cd for a friend of mine... He was like "50 minutes of Neil tuning his guitar....grrrreat" I like the album but it's kinda true.
