this is old news. the kid is still in jail pending a decision by the state supreme court regarding whether the superior court had jurisdiction to throw out his sentence. its like what happened to paris hilton and the sheriff...only important.
you gotta love the prosecutor in this case. the world celebrates as this kid is about to get released from prison and the DA says...hold on a second, lets see if we can get this grave miscarriage of justice to stand on procedural grounds!
