late-80's rap record request...

wasn't there a mid or late 80's record that sampled Lou Donaldson saying "First thinf I do is gonna be funky" AND, most importanlty, sampled the whistles from "Kelly's Heroes" in the beat?just got the Kelly's Heroes LP and the whistles brought back such nostalgia, I think it had to be something I taped off the radio circa 1988.
