  • that cover is just awful.

almost as bad as the lead single.

This album is may be the best for the production alone.

  • that cover is just awful.

The cover is awesome. Works on so many levels.

plaese to explain. i'm serious. i don't see any "levels" beyond a cheap anti-disco shot which is wholly misguided anyway (not to mention ironic since it's pre-fab dance music like JT's that fills the disco role these days, only not as good).

That album is very good, though not the record of the year.

Is anyone else disturbed by the falloff into ballads near the end of the album. On first listen I suspected that it was a clever prerelease ploy by the record company to sabotage illegal downloads and that they would be replaced with something more in tune with the rest of the album (which i wholeheartedly think is great) when it was released.

I don't think I can go through listening to the song where JT fills us all in on the evils of Crack ever again without my ears bleeding.

and wasn't there supposed to be a new Devin album? anybody have any info on that? and also, a new nas album? and papoose's album (please hold the r&b)? there's some other new ones that should be coming out that are supposed to be good. can't remember them all right now.
