Quickest way to find the freq. of an audio file??

I dno't have any audio software at work, what would be the quickest and easiest way to determine the exact frequency of an audio file (it's a tone)? Is there some freeware that would tell you that?

Waves Spectrum Analyzer. Or any decent Spectrum Analyzer.

Probably some shareware versions out there.
