    You need this? It has the same backing track as "Hang on In there" and is a better track IMO. Don't see you flex 45's too much, but I thought I'd ask.

    OK, yeah. Didn't get a chance to check the book but I'm pretty sure I recall him lifting the entire vocal track from an Indian movie.

    I agree with Katz that if there is only one "genius" to come from Jamaican music, it would be Scratch. Of course, we dont have to choose just one.

    I looked through about 10,000 45s in a basement yesterday, tons of crap but I managed to pull about 25 after several hours of looking. All in all an incredibly random mix of stuff. The Charmels 45 made the whole thing time well spent.

    If ya still want to know its The New Freedom Singers 'Oh Happy Day' - it has a pyhth break on it but its pretty awful Gospel on the cheesy MFP label.
    I've probably got a copy lying around if you want one. It might cost you tho!
