Is the OG press of the Optimo EP with yellow or red lables?

    if memory serves, i *think* the reissue/boot has red labels. i'll check when i get home.

    OG has yellow label.

    just looked at mine before seeing this thread it has redish/orange labels. mines gotta be an og, i've had it a longtime and it was well rocked when i got it.

    I've got originals of "Optimo" with a red label with silver letters, other label is silver and I've also seen one with red label and black letters. I think I've never seen a yellow label one.

    "Sucessive reflexes" is a yellow/blue one
    The one with "Group me group" is white/black
    "Dig we must" is a red one with different label design

    all are orignials for sure, as I got them long before the reissues

    the red label with black letters is definitely a reish. i have seen the yellow label but don't whether it is or not.

    That record was HUGE in its day, probably had multiple issues, and they may have done a different label color for each

    I'd think it would be easily to tell from the stock of the sleeve (and all the other methods we normally use) to identify an OG though... the original ESG EP has a heavy cardboard paste-over sleeve for example...
