BitTorrent for Mac (Non-RR)

Ok, I know this is not really the place for this... But I'm sure someone can answer my question... Forst, let me preface by saying I am semi-retarded. That being said, I can't for the life of me figure out how to get bit-torrent to work. I downloaded something called TOmato for Mac, and the official bit torrent thingy for mac, but I can't get shit to happen.Can someone gimme a quick step by step, once you find a bit torrent online, what do you do with it? What programs should i use...? Help a brother out...Peace...FMMimizu

what os are you on.....those torrent programs don'tn really work on 10.2, you need at least 10.3.
