  Been a looooong time since I've been on the strut, but I wanted to share a few albums I've produced (as Glenn Echo) over the last few years that seem like some Real Heads Know the Deal material. Hope you dig em. For fans of DJ Day, Doc Delay, and other strut royalty / alumni. Lots of samples, drum breaks, dub effects, and amazing keyboard / synth work by Daniel Meinecke out of NOLA.

  Excellent Reception by Lil Dave outta Philly is great. He takes a music topic and goes in on it for about 45 minutes (this week was Nautilus). Keeps it moving with thoughtful insight and I always hear something new (even if I don't expect to given the topic). The only bad thing is that it doesn't really stick to a regular schedule so episodes drop pretty infrequently.

  Album is killer from front to back and I've been playing a bunch of joints from it out for a while. Hard to pick a favorite but the first track might be it for me. Very well done, sir!
